1. The service
ducthallhq provides an automated missed-call text-back service for small HVAC businesses. Setup is a one-time fee of $199, with a monthly subscription of $197. A 14-day free trial is available to new customers.
2. Billing
The monthly subscription is billed in advance. The 14-day free trial requires no payment; if you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and your card is charged. You can cancel at any time and will not be billed for the following month. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to forward or respond to calls and texts on your business line, and for complying with applicable laws and regulations, including those governing text-message marketing and consumer consent (such as the TCPA). You must obtain consent from your customers before sending them text messages.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes, or to send unsolicited messages. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ducthallhq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed opportunities, arising from the use or inability to use the service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
